Pastoralist Concern (PC) is a reputable national Civil Society Organization with over 30 years of dedicated service in Ethiopia. We are a non-political, non-religious, non-racial, and non-profit organization committed to creating a positive and lasting change in the life and livelihood of pastoral communities.

PC hereby invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified, and competent suppliers/vendors to supply and deliver the following goods under Different Projects:

Interested and qualified bidders are invite to submit their bids for the following listed items:

Bid Submission Instruction

Bid Availability & Fee: A complete set of bidding documents with detailed technical specifications is available at the PC Head Office starting from April 27, 2026, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr).

Bid Validity Period: Bids must be submit within Ten (10) consecutive calendar days, from April 27, 2026, to May 7, 2026.

Bid Submission: - All bidder must be submit both technical & financial sealed documents, along with a proforma invoice, and placed into the "Bid Box" located at PC Addis Ababa Head Office no later than 5:00 PM on May 7, 2026.

Bid Opening: The public bid opening ceremony will held at the PC Addis Ababa Head Office on May 8, 2026. Attending on the bid opening for bidders or their representatives is not a mandatory.

Mandatory Requirements: Bidders must include copies of the following valid documents with their bid:

• Renewed Trade License
• VAT Registration Certificate
• TIN Certificate
• Recent Tax Clearance Certificate from the concerned authority.

Bid Content: The bid document must clearly specify the type, make, model, country of origin, and delivery timeline for all items quoted.

Delivery Location: All goods must delivered to the PC Head Office in Addis Ababa. Right of Reservation: Pastoralist, Concern reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in part or in full, without providing any reason.
