LM International (Lakarmissionen) Ethiopia invites qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of 100.000 kg (1,000 Quintals) of Famix (CSB Flour Mix) to Debreberhan town, delivery area Debreberhan (Amhara Region), in order to support 4,000 IDP households.

1) Delivery and Transportation Cost

Transportation cost shall be separately included in the financial proposal from the factory to Debreberhan(delivery location).

2) Product Detalls

• Food Composition of Famix (CSB Flour Mix):
• Wheat: 65%
• Soya: 13%
• Maize: 20%
• Premix (Vitamins & Minerals): 2%

3) Bid Requirements (Eligibility Criteria)

• Bidders must provide evidence of:
• Proven experience supplying fortified food products
• Valid business license and registration
• Compliance with humanitarian food quality standards
• Experience working on humanitarian delivery of food items
• Valid food certified certificates issued by an appropriate authorized office

4) Bid Documents Must Include

• Company profile including technical staff
• Technical specifications of Famix (CSB Flour Mix) Delivery timeline.
• Financial proposal (ETB) including separate transportation cost from factory to Debreberhan
• Relevant certifications (including food quality/ certification documents)
