1. Background

DIGAFMicrocredit Providers S.C is a fast-growing financial institution committed to providing innovative and accessible financial services. As part of strengthening its corporate visibility and digital presence, DIGAF invites qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for the design, development, and deployment of a modern, secure, and user-friendly corporate website.

2. Objective of the Assignment

The objective of this RFP is to procure a professional service provider to:

Design and develop a fully functional corporate website

Enhance DIGAF's digital presence and brand visibility

Provide an engaging platform for customers. partners, and investors

Ensure scalability, security, and ease of content management

3. Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be responsible for:

A. Website Design

Develop a modern, responsive, and user-friendly design

Ensure alignment with DIGAF brand guidelines Provide UI/UX prototypes for approval

B. Website Development

Develop a fully responsive website (mobile, tablet, desktop compatible)

Integrate Content Management System (CMS) for easy updates

Optimize website speed and performance

Ensure SEO-friendly structure

Download center (reports, brochures, etc.)

Contact forms and inquiry management

Integration with social media platforms

D. Security & Compliance

SSL certification and secure hosting setup

Compliance with data protection standards

Backup and recovery mechanisms

E. Testing & Deployment

Full system testing (functional, security. performance)

Deployment and go-live support

F. Training & Documentation.

 Provide training for DIGAF staff on CMS usage

Deliver technical documentation and user manuals

G. Maintenance & Support

Provide post-deployment support and maintenance options

5. Vendor Qualification Requirements

Interested bidders must demonstrate:

Proven experience in website design and development

Portfolio of similar projects (preferably financial institutions)

Strong technical expertise (frontend, backend, CMS)

Understanding of UI/UX best practices

Ability to deliver within agreed timelines

Local presence in Ethiopia is an added advantage
