Subject: Second Time extension for deadline for bid submission

It is well known that the Ministry of Water and Energy published request for bid (RFB) for the procurement of

1. Six (6) Field Vehicles Hybrid Double Cabin Pick-Up, Two (2) Electrical Mini Bus (12) Seats

2. One (1) Cargo Crane Truck 6x4 loading Capacity 6T for Borana Resilient Water Development for Improved livelihoods Program Phase-II.

In line with the publication of the RFB bidders requested clarification on the specifications of the 5 Seats hybrid pickup double cabins and we understand that the bidders require additional time to receive the responses and preparing standard bid offer.

Therefore, this is to inform bidders that the date of the submission of the bid is extended for one week with deadline of submission on 5 May, 2026 at the time and place stated on the original bidding documents.
