INVITATION FOR BIDS AND DEADLINE EXTENSION NOTICE

Minda Business Group PLC hereby announces that to ensure maximum competition and high-quality proposal preparation, the company has decided to extend the bid submission deadlines for the following International Competitive Bids (ICB).

New interested bidders who have not yet participated are formally invited to purchase the bidding documents and submit their proposals for any one the following lots:

Terms for New Bidders:

• Bid Document Availability: Complete sets of the bidding documents for each lot are available for purchase by interested bidders starting from the date of this announcement.
• Purchase Process: Bidders may obtain the documents at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee.
• Eligibility: Participation is open to all qualified international and local firms. Bidders may participate in any one lot or multiple lots independently.

Important Information for All Bidders:

• Submission & Opening: Bids must be delivered to the address specified in the original bid document no later than the revised dates listed above. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the same location.
• Unaltered Terms: All other terms, conditions, and technical specifications outlined in the original bid documents and initial bid announcement remain unchanged.
