LM International (Lakarmissionen) Ethiopia invites qualified and legally registered vehicle suppliers or dealers to submit sealed bids for the sale and delivery of one (1) TOYOTA Double-Cab Pickup vehicle (2017 model) for official programme and field operations.

1) Minimum Vehicle Specifications

The vehicle to be supplied shall meet all of the following minimum requirements:

• Make: TOYOTA
• Model: Double-Cab Pickup
• Year of Manufacture: 2017
• Drive Type: 4×4
• Transmission: Manual (preferred) or Automatic
• Engine Type: Diesel
• Engine Capacity: 2,800 cc -3,000 cc (3.0L preferred)
• Colour: White (preferred)
• Mileage: Reasonable mileage for year of manufacture

2) Vehicle Condition Requirements

• The vehicle must be in good mechanical and body condition
• No major accident history
• Engine, gearbox, chassis, suspension, and braking system must be in good working order

3) Bid Requirements (Eligibility Criteria)

Bidders must provide evidence of:

• Valid business license and legal registration
• Proven experience in vehicle sales
• Ownership or authorized dealership rights for the vehicle offered
• Ability to legally transfer ownership upon award

4) Bid Documents Must Include

• Company profile and contact details
• Detailed vehicle specifications
• Copy of vehicle registration (Libre)
• Chassis and engine numbers
• Current mileage declaration
• Financial proposal in ETB (all taxes clearly stated)
• Proposed delivery timeline

5) Inspection of Vehicle

• LM International Ethiopia reserves the right to physically inspect the vehicle prior to contract award
• Vehicles that do not meet the stated specifications shall be rejected

6) Bid Document Collection & Submission

Interested bidders may collect and submit bid documents during working hours:
