ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Security) ብር 100,000.00 (አንድ መቶ ሺ ብር) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡-ዋጋ እንዲሰጥባቸው የተዘረዘሩ የሆቴል አገልግሎቶች በሙሉ ዋጋ መስጠት ያስፈልጋል ነገር ግን ተጫራቹ ዋጋ እንዲሰጥባቸው ከተዘረዘሩ የሆቴል አገልግሎቶች ውስጥ ዋጋ ያልሰጠባቸው የሆቴል አገልግሎቶች ቢኖሩ አገልግሎቶቹን በነፃ ለማቅረብ ተስማምቷል፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት በሰጠው ዋጋ ለአንድ ዓመት የሆቴል መድተንግዶ አገልግሎት የሚሰጥ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡ ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
