The peak annual turnover calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last 5 years must exceed times the amount of 160,818,000 EBT the financial proposal of the Bid.

The bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments, to meet the following cash-flow requirement:40,200,000 ETB

Nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2.

No conflict of interest as described in ITB Clause 6.

Having been submitted VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.5(b)(ii)), in accordance with ITB Clause 4.5(b)(ii);

Having been submitted valid trade license or business organization registration certificate issued by the country of establishment

Having been submitted valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority

Compliance with conditions of ITB Clause 4.4.

Bidders must provide their team skills matrix and personnel statistics for the period specified in the BDS

Among the staff mentioned, Bidder must demonstrate that it will have the personnel for the key positions who actually will be performing the activities described in the bidding document.

1. Project manager: Having BS/MSC in the Water resource management Engineering/Civil Engineering, Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, other related field of study with at least 10/8 work experience
2. Site Engineer: Having BS/MSC in the Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and Electromechanical engineering with at least 8/6 specific experience
3. Technician. Having DIP/BS/MSC Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering with at least 8/6/4 years specific experience

All pending litigation shall in total not represent more than 10percent of the bidder’s net worth and shall be treated as resolved against the bidder.

The Bidder must demonstrate that it will have available for the implementation of the contract the following equipment listed

1.Excavator 1

2.Mixer 1

3 Pick up car for field work 1

4 Dump truck 1

Non-performance of a contract did not occur within the last years prior to the deadline for Bid submission, based on all information on fully settled disputes or litigation.

The Bidder has successfully participated as a contractor or subcontractor in at least 3 contracts with in 5 last years, each with a value of at least 47,000000.00 ETB or at least one contract with conract amount 141,000,000 and above that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed Works. which is bidder demonstrated similar project in nature and complexity of at least solar system supply project or solar power water supply projects as specific experience.

The Bidder has successfully completed at least One (1) contract on Water, Irrigation, or. Dam, Road, Building and Drainage Projects under construction works of WWC, /WWGC and GC or EM within the last Five (5) years at least one contract with the amounts of 141,000,000 and above or three (3) Projects each with amounts of 47,000,000 and above
