- Bidders must submit two envelops: - Envelope A (Technical): that contains the technical proposal, certifications, with physical samples. Bidders are needed to include the Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Certificate of Analysis for their products. – Envelope B (Financial): Contains the price list and payment terms.
