Instructions to Bidders: Interested and qualified bidders can physically see the listed products at our company Located, Lubu Industry Zone, starting from the first day of this announcement up to the closing date.
Bid Requirements
1. The bid shall be accompanied by bid security- 10% of the total purchase amount in the form of a Certified Payment Order (CPO) or an unconditional Bank Guarantee issued in the name of MC-Bauchemie Manufacturing Plc
2. Bidders shall submit their bids in sealed envelopes consisting of:
- Envelope No. 1: Technical Offer.
- Envelope No. 2: Financial Offer and Bid Security
3. All bidders shall provide valid legal documents demonstrating their legal eligibility.
4. Bidders shall submit their proposals on or before August 24, 2026, at 3:00PM to- MC-Bauchemie 20 Manufacturing Plc.
MC-Bauchemie Manufacturing Plc reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, wholly or partially, and to cancel the bidding process at any stage without incurring any liability.
