INVITATION TO BID

The Lutheran World Federation (LWF) is launching an Open Bid and invites interested suppliers /producers / manufacturers to participate in the procurement procedure to establish framework agreements for :

A. SUPPLY OF WASH, NFI & AGRICULTURAL TOOLS

B. SUPPLY OF VARIOUS SEEDS

1. All the goods are for a humanitarian projects in Ethiopia with interventions to be supported by various donors.

2. All goods and services are to be delivered in Ethiopia, specific locations as will be indicated in the tender document and call-off contracts.

3. The offered prices shall be quoted in Ethiopian Birr only.

4. Bidders without a valid, renewed business license will be excluded. Final selection and award will be based on the highest combined technical and financial score.

5. All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office before the deadline.

6. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing or email up to the clarification request deadline indicated in the tender dossier.

7. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.
