MCRO will give preference to bundled bids in accordance with the published criteria and may award one or more lots to one bidder or to multiple bidders. Clarifications: Requests for clarification must be sent in writing to info@mothersandchildrenrights.org not later than Saturday, May 9th 2026 which shall be at least two calendar days before bid closing.
