Factor	Criteria
VAT registration certificate	Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4. 6(b)(ii)
Valid business license	Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);
Nationality	Bidder does have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2
Valid tax clearance certificate	Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);
Bidder has to submit Bid Security	Bid Security must be birr 50,000.00
business organization registration certificate	business organization registration certificate
Conflict of interest	Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3

Terms and Conditions: ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Security) ብር 50,000.00 (አምሳ ሺህ ብር) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናውን በአካል አባይ ማዶ ቀበሌ 11 ዘመን ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ ጎን በሚገኘው ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን 3ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 306 ግዥ ክፍል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡-ዋጋ እንዲሰጥባቸው የተዘረዘሩ የጥገና አገልግሎቶች በሙሉ ዋጋ መስጠት ያስፈልጋል ነገር ግን ተጫራቹ ዋጋ እንዲሰጥባቸው ከተዘረዘሩ የጥገና አገልግሎቶች ውስጥ ዋጋ ያልሰጠባቸው የጥገና አገልግሎቶች ቢኖሩ የጥገና አገልግሎቶችን በነፃ ለማቅረብ ተስማምቷል፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት የጥገና አገልግሎቶች ስራዎችን ለሁለት ዓመት የህል ለመስራት ፈቃደኛ መሆን አለበት፡፡ አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች የጥገና አገልግሎቶች ስራዎችን ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ባህር ዳር ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ድረስ በመምጣት መስራት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡መስሪያቤቱ ጨረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
