Branna Printing Enterprise invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of different printing machineries.

1. The bid document shall be obtained commencing from May 4 2026 from Branna Printing Enterprise Suppy Department No 26, Addis Ababa Wolo Seffer (Etihio China Road) against payment of a non-refundable Birr 500 (Five Hundred Birr only) during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00 A.M 1:00-5:00 P.M Presentation copy of renewed trade license, tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificates is a must.

2. Bid Proposal should be accompanied by the bid bond of 2% of the total bid price including VAT in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (CPO) in separate envelope with in bid proposal.

3. Bidders shall be submitted their bid proposal to Branna Printing Enterprise Addis Ababa in tender box prepared for this purpose on or before June 23, 2026 at 2:00 P.M in the above mentioned address.

4. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend, on June 23, 2026: at 2:30 P.M.

5. Bidders should provide one original and one copy of "Technical" and "Financial" documents separately.

7. BPE reserves the right to accept or reject to any or all bids.
