CALL FOR NATIONAL CORAFENTIVE PLO (NCB)

Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested bidders for the Procurement of Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Automatic Fuel Storage Tanker System at Dashen Bank Head Office as per outlined below.

1. Interested and eligible bidders are invited TO purchase and download the bidding document via https://extratenders.net and https://dashen.afrotender.com to access the biding document by having paid non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for bid reference number starting from May 11, 2026.

2. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/.

3. Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.

4. Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.

5. Bidders must submit their TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL PROPOSALS in a separate envelope with duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document as follows:-

6. The sealed bid proposal shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose before or on May 22,2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon at the address stated below.

7. The Bid shall be opened tentatively on May 23 at 9:30 AM local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the below stated address.

8. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
