MIDROC Consulting Architects and Engineers PLC one of the MIDROC Investment Group Companies now invites for wax sealed bid from eligible bidders for the supply of Total Station Set with Standard Accessories and Automatic Level with Standard Accessories.

1. Interested bidders should fulfill the following requirements:-

• Trade License Valid for the year 2018 E.C.
•  VAT Registration Certificate
• Tax Payer's Identification Certificate

2. Interested bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documents. and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 300 (Three hundred Bir) starting from May 11,2026.

3. Bidders must submit a bid security of Birr 200,000.00 (Two hundred thousand Bir) in the form of a CPO from a recognized bank in the name of "MIDROC Consulting Architects and Engineers PLC" in a sealed envelope.

4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 15 (fifteen) days after bid opening.

5. Bidders shall submit Technical Documents after being sealed separately shall be placed in a single wax sealed envelope marked as "Technical Document". The Financial Offer Document shall also be produced in the same manner as the technical document and shall be placed in a single wax sealed envelope marked as "Financial Offer Document". The bid bond shall also be sealed in a separate envelope. Finally, all the documents shall be placed in one outer mother envelope; every envelope should be wax sealed. signed and stamped properly.

6. Bid document must be delivered to the address MIDROC Consulting Procurement Department on or before May 22, 2026 at 2:00PM. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bid submission will be rejected.

7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or bidder's representative, who chooses to attend in person at MIDROC Consulting Head Office Building on 3rd floor at 2:15 PM on the same date of the closing of the bid.

8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions above will result in automatic rejection of the bid.

9. MIDROC Consulting Architects and Engineers PLC reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
