PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS GOODS UNDER THREE LOTS

1. Introduction

Good Neighbors Ethiopia (GNE) invites sealed bids from eligible, licensed, and technically qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of various goods under Three (3) Separate Lots as detailed below through a national open tender: (Re Tender 2 Time)

2. Lot Details & Quantifies

LOT 1-Desktop Computers

LOT 2-Supply & Delivery of Combined Desks for Elementary Schools

LOT 3-Supply and Delivery of Laundry Bar Soap (250g)

3. Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must submit the following mandatory legal and technical documents to qualify for evaluation

• Copy of a valid and renewed Trade License for the current Ethiopian fiscal year.
• Copy of Certificate of Registration, TIN and VAT Registration Certificate.
• Copy of a renewed Tax Clearance Certificate valid for the current fiscal year.
• Bid Security: Should be equivalent to 2% of the total bid price per lot, in the form of CPO only, and valid for a minimum period of 60 calendar days from the bid submission deadline.
• Documents demonstrate full compliance with all requirements stated in the tender document.

4. Collection of Tender Documents:

•  Availability: Bidders can obtain the tender document starting from May 13, 2026, during office hours from Monday to Friday: 8:00AM-4:00 PM (East Africa Time).
• Document Fee: A non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 Per Lot is required, payable In cash at the GNE Finance Department.
• Location: GNE Head Office, Ahmed Business Center, 5 Floor, Lideta Sub-City, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

5. Bid Submission and Opening

• Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes for each lot (Technical: original and copy; Financial: original and copy) and clearly marked.
• Submission Deadline: Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope no later than May 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• Submission Venue: Good Neighbors Ethiopia. Melkam Children Center (Commonly known as Korean School), located behind St. Lidia Orthodox Church, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
• Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on May 19, 2026, at 10:15 AM at the Melkam Children Center (Commonly known as Korean School), located behind St.Lidia Orthodox Church, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• Note: Late or electronic (email) submissions will be rejected without exception.

6. Terms and Conditions

• Bidders are required to review the tender documents strictly: non-compliance with any stated condition will result in automatic disqualification.
• Good Neighbors Ethiopia (GNE) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all parts of the bid, at its sole discretion, without providing reasons.
