Ethio-Rail Logistics PLC (ERL) invites eligible bidders in national Competitive Bidding (NCB) to procure electric vehicle.

Eligible suppliers will invite based on the following information: A interested and eligible bidders purchase a complete set of Bidding Documents from 14/05/2026 to 28/5/2022G.C. (06/09/2018-20/09/2018 E.C.) the stated address and upon payment of non- refundable fee of Birr 500.00/five hundred.

1. Eligible bidders must accompany Birr 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand) security bid bond. The bid security shall be in the form of Cash Payment Order (CPO) or non-conditional bank
guarantee letter enclosed in a separate envelope & presented inside bid document.

2. Bidders have to submit their documents in Sealed Envelope before May 28, 2026 at 2:30 pm (Ginbot 20, 2018 at 8:30 afternoon).

3. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' or their representatives on May 28, 2026 at 3:00 pm (Ginbot 20, 2018 at 9:00 afternoon) at Ethio- Rail logistics PLC Conference Room.

4. The Bid language shall be either English or Amharic.

5. The Bidder must accompany with commercial Certificate given by authorized body like Renewed Trade license, Tin Registration and VAT registration Certificate, and other relevant document pertinent to the bid.

6. Ethio-Rail Logistics PLC reserves the right to accept or reject part or all.
