Qualification Requirements

  • Historical Financial PerformanceSubmission of audited balance sheets or if not required by the law of the bidder’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer, for the last five (5) years to demonstrate the current soundness of the bidders financial position and its prospective long term profitability.Reference: 1.15
  • Key Contractor's EquipmentBidder must provide ownership or leased agreement for key equipment listed below amongst stated on evaluation part of the bid: Concrete batch plant, Crane 10 tones capacity and truck crane. Reference: 1.15
  • General Experience of the FirmExperience under similar contracts in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last ten (10) years prior to the applications submission deadline, and with activity in at least nine (9) months in each year.Reference: 1.15
  • Specific Experience of the firm(b) For the above or other contracts executed during the period stipulated in 1.4.2(a) above, a minimum experience in the following key activities shall be considered:Design and installation of at least two wastewater treatment plant with a minimum capacity of 2,200m3 of treated water per day.Reference: 1.15
  • Manufacturer AuthorizationThe Bidder is responsible for ensuring that the manufacturer or producer complies with the client requirements of ITB 4 and 5 and must present manufacturer authorization for the listed electromechanical equipment’s.The bidder must provide warranty and Manufacturer Authorization from the respective manufactures for the proposed major Electromechanical units and Pipe as listed below:Reference: 4
    • Screener, Screening compactors, ABR screen, Grit removal units, Pumps (Drain pumps, Submersible pumps, Lifting pumps, Recirculation pumps, Chemical & polyelectrolyte dosing pumps, Sludge feed screw pumps, Equalization pump, Supernatant pump), Scrapers (Clarifier Sludge Scraper, Scrapers on grit channels, Bridge & scraper system on PST & FCT, Thickening & mixing sludge scraper, system for sludge thickeners, Scum and Grease Remover), Aeration units (Blowers and aerators, Compressors, Coarse & Fine diffusers, Static mixers, Submersible propeller mixers), Chlorinator, Sludge dewatering Unit (Belt Press), Odor treatment equipment, Electrical & PLC control panels, Networking Equipment & SCADA and Telemetry, Standby Generators, Major Laboratory Equipment’s and uPVC Sewer Pipe
