Terms and Conditions

1. የማስረከቢያ ጊዜ፡ ውል ከተፈረመ ቀን ጀምሮ ሆኖ የጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተቀመጡት የማስረከቢያ ጊዜ መሆን አለበት። ተጫራቾች የማስረከቢያ ጊዜ ማስቀመጥ አለባቸው። ካላስቀመጡ መ/ቤቱ ያስቀመጠውን የማስረከቢያ ጊዜ እንደተቀበሉ ይቆጠራል። 2. ተጫራቾች ለእያንዳንዱ ለሚውዳደሩበት የራሳቸውን የእቃ መግለጫ ስፔሲፊኬሽንና የንግድ ምልክት/Brand/ እና እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ ሞዴል ወይም part number መግለጽ እና ስለእቃው የሚገልጽ ካታሎግ ሲስተም ላይ ማያያዝ አለባቸው። ካልገለጹ ዉድቅ ይደረጋሉ። Exact ማለት ብቻ ተቀባይነት የለውም። 3. ተጫራቾች ሁሉንም እቃዎች እስከ ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ዋና ቢሮ ድረስ በራሳቸው ወጪ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። 4. ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው መክፈቻ ቀን ጀምሮ በ24 ሰዓት ውስጥ private key share ማድረግ አለባቸው። ካላደረጉ ውድቅ ይደረጋሉ። 5. ተጫራቾች በሲስተም ላይ ያሲያዙትን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋናዉን በአካል መ/ቤቱ ድረስ ጨረታው በተከፈተ በ24 ሰዓት ዉስጥ ማቅረብ አለባቸው። 6. ተጫረቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸዉ እቃዎች ስቶክ ያላቸው መሆን አለበት፡፡ገዥው በአካል በመገኘት እቃዎቹን ከተጠየቀውና ተጫራቾ ከሰጡት ዝርዝር ቴክኒከል መግለጫ ጋር ሊያረጋግጥ ይችላል። 7. ተጫራቾች Specific requirement ላይ የተጫነዉን Anti-bribery pledge form አውርደው ፈርመውና ማህተም አድርገው መጫን ማያያዝ(attach) አለባቸው። 8. የእቃዎቹን ምስል Specific requirement ላይ ተጭኗል 9. ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ኢንተርፕራይዞች በጨረታ ማስከበሪ ምትክ ደብዳቤ ሲያስጽፉ ለኢትዮጵያ ምግብና መድሀኒት ባለስልጣን ተብሎየገንዘብ መጠኑ ተጠቅሶ መቅረብ አለበት። በተጨማሪም በአደራጃቸው መ/ቤት/ተቋም የበላይ ሀላፊ ብቻ ተፈርሞ፣ የስምና የኃላፊነት ቲተርና ማህተም ተደርጎ መቅረብ አለበት። ከዚህ ውጪ የሚመጣ ማሰረጃ ተቀባይነት የለውም። 10. ተጫራቾች በጨረታዉ መክፈቻ ቀን ያልተሟሉ ሰነዶች ካሉ እንዲያሟሉ ከተጠየቁበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት ሁለት ተከታታይ ቀናት ዉስጥ በሲስተም ካላስገቡ ውድቅ ይደረጋሉ። 11. ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
