No. 26-31, Ethiopia Procurement Type: Goods Supply Issue Date: May 6th 2026 Region: Addis Ababa / Ethiopia Mothers and Children Rights Organisation (MCRO) hereby invites sealed bids or electronic bids, from interested and eligible bidders, for the supply of BLOOM unit component goods under Project BLOOM. This procurement is divided into lots. Bidders may bid for one lot, multiple lots, or submit bundled/composite bids where expressly permitted. MCRO will give preference to bundled bids in accordance with the published criteria and may award one or more lots to one bidder or to multiple bidders.   Lotting structure   Tendering will be carried out by component but will allow for transparent, scored bundles:

Technical and financial files shall be submitted as separate PDFs clearly labelled.

Clarifications: Requests for clarification must be sent in writing to info@mothersandchildrenrights.org not later than Saturday, May 9th 2026 which shall be at least two calendar days before bid closing.

Closing date and time: Tuesday May 19th 2026 East Africa Time (GMT+3) Midnight

Bid opening: Internal opening by MCRO Procurement Committee immediately following the bid closing deadline.

MCRO reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to award by lot or combination of lots, and to request clarification of non-material issues without altering the substance of bids.
