Our company, Belayab Motors PLC, invites eligible and qualified bidders for the maintenance of a brake testing machine.

Interested bidders must present:

• Valid business license
• VAT registration certificate
• TIN certificate
• Valid tax clearance certificate

Bid documents can be obtained from the company's Head Office located at Kadisco Square upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr).

Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals separately, in original and copy, sealed in different envelopes, and deliver them to the same office.

All bidders must submit a bid bond amounting to 2% of the total bid price in the form of a certified bank payment order (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee.

The bid will remain open for 10 consecutive working days from the date of publication and will be closed on the 11th day at 8:00 AM and opened at 8:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. If the closing date falls on a non-working day, it will be extended to the next working day.

The company reserves the right to cancel the tender partially or fully if a better alternative is found.
