Partnership for Pastoralists Development Association (PAPDA) is a national non-governmental organization established in June 2006. The organization operates in four regions of Ethiopia, namely Somali, Oromia, Afar, and South Ethiopia Regions, with the mission of improving and strengthening theresilience and capacities of pastoralist and agro-pastoralist communities through development, emergency response, and peacebuilding interventions.

Currently, PAPDA is seeking various services and materials from qualified and legally registered vendors, consultants, and suppliers as indicated below.

1. Consultancy service for PALSUP III (136-013-1008 ZG):

PAPDA invites qualified consultants/consultancy firms to submit technical and financial proposals for conducting an as-built assessment, preparation of as-built drawings, and sustainability recommendations for solar powered water supply schemes implemented in Dawekechen Woreda (East Bale Zone, Oromia Region) and Gorobekaksa Woreda (Liban Zone, Somali Region).

2. Supply of HDPE pipes for PALSUP III (136-013-1008 ZG):102

PAPDA also invites water supply projects for pastoralist communities and invites eligible and reputable suppliers to submit bids for the supply of HDPE pipes with an outside diameter (OD) of 110 mm and pressure rating PN 16, with a total required length of 4,500 meters. Interested suppliers must provide products that comply with ES ISO 4427 standards and submit a valid product certification as part of their bid documents. PAPDA encourages qualified suppliers with proven experience and the capacity to deliver quality products to participate in this bid.

3. Supply of crop and vegetable seeds for BOILDPII(A-ETH-2025-0010).

PAPDA invites. Since the area is characterized by hot lowland climatic conditions, we are specifically looking for seed varieties that are drought-resistant, adaptable, and suitable for agricultural production in such environments. 4. Vehicle rental for EHF Project (CBPF-ETH-26-R-NGO-39195):

PAPDA is seeking a qualified service provider to supply field vehicle rental as detailed below

5. Vehicle rental service for GAVI project (KOMN-JFY8-9E)

The organization is seeking a qualified service provider to supply field vehicle rental services as detailed below;
