The task focuses on enhancing digital presence through data-driven and multilingual strategies, including social media management, content creation, and campaign execution. The selected provider will support customer engagement, service awareness, andlead generation while delivering integrated marketing solutions with continuous simplified financial communication for diverse audiences,

Key deliverables

• Social Media Growth: Audience expansion across Linkedin, Facebook, Telegram & TikTok
• Content Development: Producing consistent, high-quality, and brand-aligned content including written posts, visual graphics, and short-form videos in multiple languages.
• Management & Analytics: Developing content calendars, monitoring digital performance, and providing regular analytical reports.

Eligibility and documentation requirements

• Showcasing a minimum of two years of relevant experience in similar assignments.
• Valid and renewed business license, VAT, and TIN certificates.
• CVs of key personnel and evidence of a qualified technical team.
• Relevant samples of previous work and a proven track record of successful digital works
• A concise proposal with work plan.

Bid Evaluation

Bidders will undergo both a Technical Evaluation and a Financial Evaluation. Only bidders scoring sufficiently in the technical stage will proceed to the financial evaluation.

Bids must be submitted in person no later than May 26, 2026, and will be opened on the same date at 2:00 PM at the Awash Capital S.C Headquarters. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
