- Terms and Conditions: መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ የውስን ጨረታ ግዥውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ - ተጫራቾች በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ገንዘብ ብር 100,000.00 ብር ( አንድ መቶ ሺህ ብር) ያሲያዙበትን የባንክ ጋራንቲ ወይም ሲፕኦ ፣ ከጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ሰነድ በኦንላይ ብቻ አታች ማድረግ ሳይሆን የመ/ቤታችን ግዥና ፋይናንስ አስተዳደር ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር- 02 በአካል ጭምር በመቅረብ የተዘጋጀውን የባንክ ጋራንቲ ወይም ሲፕኦ ማስገባት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ - ማንኛውም በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ተጫራች የሚከተሉትን የህጋዊነት ማረጋገጫ ሰነዶች ማሟላት ይኖርባቸዋል፡- በዘርፉ ወይም በመስኩ የታደሰ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት፣ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ሰርተፍኬት፣ የቫት ወይም የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት፣ በጨረታ መወዳደር የሚያስችል የዘመኑን ግብር የተከፈለበትን ታክስ ክሊራንስ) ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፍኬት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡ - ማንኛውም በጨረታው ለመወዳደር የሚፈልግ ተጫራች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡ ሆኖም ግን ናሙና ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ወደ ቀጣይ ፋይናንሻል ግምገማ አያልፍም፡፡ - እነዚህን ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን ጉዳዮች ተጫራቾች በሚገባ ተገንዝበው እና አሟልተው በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ መቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ይህን ሳያሟሉ የቀሩ ከሆነ በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የማይችሉ መሆኑን ከወዲሁ ማወቅ አለባቸው፡፡ - በማምረት ሥራ የተሰማሩ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ማህበራት በጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ምትክ ማህበራቱን ካደራጃቸው የመንግስት ተቋም የሚሰጥ የጨረታ ማስከሪያ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማህበራቱ ሊያቀርቡ ይችላሉ፡፡ በዚህ መልኩ የሚቀርበው ድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ዋስትና የተሰጠበትን የገንዘብ መጠን በመቀነስ ማህነራቱን ባደራጃቸው መ/ቤት የበላይ ኃላፊ የተፈረመ መሆን አለበት፡፡ በተጨማሪም መተማመኛ ቅጽ በዚህ መመሪያ አባሪ 4 መሠረት ሞልተው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ በማምረት ሥራ ላይ የተሰማሩ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ማህበራት የመልካም ሥራ አፈፃፀም ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ በማምረት ሥራ የተሰማሩ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ማህበራት ፈቃዳቸውን ለሌላ ሦስተኛ ወገን ያላስተላለፉ፣ በጥቃቅን ወይም በአነስተኛ ብቻ ተደራጅተው የቆዩ መሆኑን እና ሌሎች መረጃዎችን የሚገልጽ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
