1. Ethiopian Electric Power now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of collaboration solution implementation.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian Electric Power and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM. to 5:00 PM., Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders to the above software Installation and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000.00 (one thousand birr only) in the name of the bidder from the Ethiopian Electric Power. The method of payment shall be in cash or cashier's check or through telegraphic transfer to EEP Transmission Construction A/C No.1000252665203, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), Arada Georges Branch, starting from 18th May 2026.

4. Bids must be delivered before the closing date & time to the above mentioned address. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee as mentioned below.

5. Bid proposals shall comprise Original and Copies of one envelope sealed technical (Qualification) and financial Proposals by clearly mentioned on the tender document 02 should be presented to the above mentioned address on or before 2:00 PM, Local time (Addis Ababa) on 1th JUNE 2026 GC

6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security birr 817,000.00 (Eight Hundred Seventeen Thousand) Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected

7. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder's or bidder's representatives who choose to attend on 1th JUNE 2026 at 2:30PM Local time (Addis Ababa).

8. The Ethiopian Electric Power reserves the right to reject any or all bid.
