The organization works to promote awareness, learning, advocacy, and capacity building for individuals, communities, and institutions.

To strengthen its operational capacity and improve office efficiency, NCO intends to procure modern and reliable computer equipment and printers for its offices and program implementation sites. The organization seeks to engage qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of high-quality laptops, desktop computers, and multifunction printer suitable for administrative, programmatic, communication, and documentation purposes.

Scope of Supply

The selected supplier will supply, deliver, and where necessary configure the required ICT equipment.
The procurement includes:

Laptop Computers

• HP Series Laptops (New or Used) or,
• Lenovo Series Laptops (New or Used)

Desktop Computers

• Dell Desktop Computers (New or Used)

Printers

• Canon Printer or,
• Sharp Printer or,
• Kyocera Printer

The supplier may also propose equivalent or higher specifications for similar products available in stock, provided that the proposed products meet or exceed the minimum technical requirements stated in the price inquiry.
Selection Process

The selection process will include:

1. Document Screening

Evaluation of legal documents, technical proposal, and financial proposal

2. Technical Evaluation

Assessment of compliance with the required technical specifications and product quality

3. Financial Evaluation

Assessment of the financial proposal and overall cost effectiveness

Supplier Requirements

Interested suppliers should have:

• Proven experience in supply of ICT equipment and office technology
• Ability to provide genuine and warranty-supported products
• Strong technical support capability
• Renewed business license
• Valid TIN and VAT registration certificate
• Experience working with NGOs, institutions, or commercial offices is an advantage
