Ethiopian Insurance Corporation invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of Vehicles

INVITATION FOR BID
(Bid No. FRMD/PD/RE/022/2026)

Ethiopian Insurance Corporation invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of the following Vehicles.

1. The bid is open to all eligible bidders having supplier renewed license, those currently registered by Ministry of Trade and Industry, currently renewed relevant Trade license, registration of value added tax (VAT) Tax Clearance and Tax Identification Number (TIN) together with sealed bid and written application.

2. A complete set of bid documents can be obtained against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five hundred birr) for each lot from Procurement and Material Planning Department, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head office building 1st floor room No.108.

3. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 2,000,000.00 (Two Million) for Lot1, Birr 150,000.00 (One hundred Fifty Thousand) for Lot 2 and Birr 225,000.00 (Two hundred Twenty Five Thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for 90 days.

4. Bid documents must be delivered to Procurement and Material Planning Department, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head office building 1st floor room No.108 On June 3, 2026 up to 2:00 pm and Bids will be opened on the same date at Procurement Directorate Conference hall at 2:30 PM lot-1, 2:45PM Lot -2 and 3:00PM Lot -3.

6. The Ethiopian Insurance Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
