Self Help Africa in partnership with the World Food Programme supported Climate Adaptive Livelihood Initiatives - ACT 06 project across ten targeted woredas in the Amhara Region. As part of this initiative, the Tebi Dam Canal and Pedestrian Construction and Rehabilitation Works in Mekdella Woreda are planned to be implemented over a 12-month period, from January 2026 to December 2026. The project aims to strengthen rural livelihoods and improve community Infrastructure through the enhancement of canal systems and rehabilitation of pedestrian access in Tebi 012 Kebele, South Wollo Zone, Amhara Region. It builds on SHA Ethiopia's previous experience both within the target kebele and in implementing infrastructure and community development interventions across Ethiopia

Your bid submission, consisting of both the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal in a separate sealed envelopes. must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instruction to bidders. Eligible bidders are contractors holding a valid WWC Five (5) or above license, with renewed business license for 2018 EC, and who are VAT registered. Interested bidders may obtain the bidding documents from the date of publication of this advertisement until June 05, 2026 at 9:00 am. Bid submission will be opened on June 9,2026 at 9.30 am East African Time. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. Bidders must ensure that the site visit report is submitted together with the Financial Proposal. Please note that only one Lot will be awarded to a successful contractor based on the evaluation criteria.
