The Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amagnoch Church Development Commission (EMWACDC), a national civil society organization registered under the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO), in partnership with PMU, invites qualified and duly registered suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of food and supplementary nutrition items. These items will support emergency food assistance for drought-affected communities in Somali Region, specifically Fafan Zone, Shebelay Woreda, at Hadaw and Harahawd Kebeles.

Important Instructions for Bidders
- All price offers must include VAT.
- Price offers should be prepared separately for each item and delivery location
- A bid security of 2% of the total value of the commodities applied for is mandatory.
- Incomplete or unsigned bidding documents will be automatically rejected.
- Acceptance of bids and any subsequent contract will be subject to EMWACDC's Terms and Conditions.
- Bidders must submit all relevant and renewed legal documents, including:
Business license
- Tax clearance certificate
- TIN certificate
- VAT registration
- Recognition letters or certificates of good performance from reputable organizations demonstrating past experience in similar services must be included.
- A delivery schedule for the goods applied for must be submitted.
Bid Collection and Submission
Bid documents will be available from 25th to 29th May 2026 (working days only).
- Bid submission deadline: 29th May 2026 at 5:00 PM.
- Bid opening: June 1, 2026 at 10:00AM.
- Interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 to obtain detailed bidding documents at the EMWACDC office.
