1. The Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Institute (ATI) is an initiative of the Government of Ethiopia (GOE) established by federal regulation.

2. The Agricultural Transformation Institute now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the Provision of Comprehensive Life and Medical Insurance Services to Employees of the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Institute and their Dependents for the period of 12 months.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation No.1333/24 of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) via Commercial Bank of Ethiopia A/C No. 1000517806424 (Original Deposit Slip required).

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00 PM June 02, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below at 2:30 PM June 02, 2026.

7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security ETB 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr only) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee. If the bid security is in the form of Bank Guarantee, the bid security validity date should be at least 88 days from the date of bid opening date.

8. Bidder should submit a copy of renewed Trade Licence, VAT Registration certificate, TIN Certificate, valid Tax Clearance, and Supplier List from PPA e-GP Portal.

9. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
