Documentary Film Production and Event Management Services

1. Background

Ohio State Global One Health, LLC (GOH) is an international non-profit organization working in Ethiopia to strengthen Global Health Security through laboratory systems, surveillance, and One Health workforce development. As part of commemorating its 10-year anniversary as part of celebrating impact and towards shaping the future. GOH seeks to document its achievements and organize a high-impact launching event.

2. Objective of the Call

GOH invites qualified and interested companies to apply for a bid for a documentary, and event management service for its 10-year anniversary celebration.

3. Submission Requirements

• A company profile with at least 2 years of proven experience in documentary film production and event management
• A registered and valid business or professional license to practice in the country.
• Taxpayer Registration Certificate
• TIN and VAT Registration Certificate
• Commercial Registration Certificate

4. GOH LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without incurring any liability to GOH LLC or the bidders.

5. Interested bidders can request and receive a soft copy of the bid document by requesting via email through denboba.1@osu.edu, free of charge, starting from May 22, 2026.

6. The bid offer must be submitted during official working hours in two separate envelopes (Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal) to our office located at Bole Road, Noah Plaza, 2nd Floor, (Next to Alem Cinema) before June 2, 2026, by 5:00 PM
