Call for bid for Video and Photography Service

1. Background

Engender Health is a leading global women's health organization with a vision to create a gender- equal world where all people achieve their sexual and reproductive health and rights. In Ethiopia, EngenderHealth is legally registered with Authority for Civil Society Organizations under registration no. 1233. Currently, EngenderHealth supports the Federal Ministry of Health in the expansion of Family Planning and other Reproductive health services in differs parts of Ethiopia.

EngenderHealth Ethiopia office invites interested and eligible bidders for Video and Photography Service for EngenderHealth 25th years of anniversary.

Interested and eligible bidders can participate in the bid and submit proposal to EngenderHealth. Bidders can get detail ToR from EngenderHealth by sending Email to Seyoum H/Wold via email address

SGoraga@egdh.Org  Bidders are advised to carefully review the TOR before submitting quotation and only qualified bidders will be considered.

Bidders are required to fulfil the following requirements: 

• Submit renewed business licenses for 2018 EC and TIN certificate
• Bid security of ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand) in the form of CPO addressed to EngenderHealth Ethiopia or bank guarantee which is valid for at least 180 days
• Statement on their bid stating that the bid price should remain unchanged for 60 calendar days.
• Deadline for submission will be June 8, 2026, 4:00 PM (10:00 pm local time) in the afternoon.
  Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Technical proposal should be submitted in soft copy (in PDF format) via email address SGoraga@egdh.org 
• Financial proposal should be delivered to EngenderHealth office in hard copy which should be sealed in envelop, Stamped and clearly marked as "Financial Proposal for video and Photograph service)
• CPO should be placed in the financial proposal
