ሜኑ(የምግብ ዝርዝር) :-  ተጫራቾች ለአንደኛ ደረጃ እራት፤ ለአንደኛ ደረጃ ምሳ እንዲሁም ለአንደኛ ደረጃ ሪፍሬሽመንት የምያቀርቧቸው የምግብ ዓይነት ዝርዝሮች ወይም ሜኑ ለየብቻው በሲስተም አያይዞ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡

  • Terms and Conditions: ኮሚሽናችን የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Security) ብር 60,000.00 (ስልሳ ሺ ብር) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናው በአካል ጥላሁን ገሰሰ አደባባይ፣ ሴንጅ ዮሴፍ ት/ቤት አጠገብ ይርጋ ሃይሌ ህንጻ 4ኛ ፎቅ, ግዥ ክፍል በሚገኘው ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋና መ/ቤት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ማሳሰቢያ፡-ዋጋ እንዲሰጥባቸው የተዘረዘሩ የሆቴል አገልግሎቶች በሙሉ ዋጋ መስጠት ያስፈልጋል ነገር ግን ተጫራቹ ዋጋ እንዲሰጥባቸው ከተዘረዘሩ የሆቴል አገልግሎቶች ውስጥ ዋጋ ያልሰጠባቸው የሆቴል አገልግሎቶች ቢኖሩ አገልግሎቶቹን በነፃ ለማቅረብ ተስማምቷል፡፡አሸናፊው ድርጅት በሰጠው ዋጋ ለአንድ ዓመት የሆቴል መድተንግዶ አገልግሎት የሚሰጥ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡
