Request for Expressions of Interest: Heavy Freight Truck Providers

The Health, Development, and Anti-Malaria Association (HDAMA) is a civil society organization established in 1998 to combat devastating malaria outbreaks. Over the past 27 years, HDAMA has implemented complex, multi-sector, multi-year relief, rehabilitation, and development programs, reaching more than 5 million vulnerable people annually in the Amhara Region and Addis Ababa.

HDAMA invites eligible service providers with the following truck types and capacities to express their interest in transporting health commodities and materials across conflict-affected areas of the Amhara, Oromia, and Benishangul-Gumuz regions:

• Pickup (4x4), 1-ton capacity
• ISUZU, 3.5-ton capacity
• FSR, 5/6-ton capacity
• 10-ton truck
• 20-ton truck
• 30-ton truck
• 40-ton long-haul truck

Interested companies may obtain the bid document by paying a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred birr) at HDAMA's offices in:

• Addis Ababa: around Aware, Setoch Adebabay
•  Bahir Dar: around 9th Police Station.

Alternatively, the bid document can be sent via email (aberash@hdama.org  or abeje@hdama.org  and addis@hdama.org) after depositing the fee to HDAMA's bank account: Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CEB), Account No. 1000001842882.

Eligibility criteria and additional details are provided in the bid document. Submissions must be delivered in person to either HDAMA office during working hours (8:30a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) within 10 consecutive working days from the date of this announcement.
