management of a Samsung field marketing team- Ethiopia

Samsung Electronics East Africa Limited (SEEA) invites technical and financial proposals from eligible, suitable, and competent agencies to recruit, deploy, manage, and develop a dedicated team of Field Marketing Representatives (FMT) to operate within the Ethiopian market.

The selected partner agency will assume full employment liability and operational management of the FMT, ensuring the team effectively drives retail support and maximizes product sell-out across selected mobile and electronics channels in Ethiopia.

Brief Summary of Requirements

• Objective: To recruit, deploy, and manage an outsourced team (initially expected to be 18 people) responsible for retail support, performance tracking, market sensing, and brand growth initiatives to expand Samsung’s market leadership in Ethiopia.
• Language of Submission: English (All proposal documents, qualifications, and attachments must be explicitly written or translated into English).
• Evaluation Split: Technical Capabilities: 80% | Financial Capabilities: 20%.

Proposals must be delivered electronically via email. To be considered for evaluation, your submission package must meet the following strict criteria:

2. Deadline: No later than 12:00 Noon East Africa Time (EAT) on June 14, 2026. Late entries will be automatically disqualified without evaluation.
3. Mandatory Privacy Policy Attachment: Submissions must be accompanied by a signed copy of the Samsung Privacy Policy declaration provided in the tender documentation. Failure to sign and return the privacy policy will result in immediate disqualification.
4. Formatting: Financial proposals should separate Non-Recurring Costs (NRC) and Monthly Recurring Costs (MRC), utilizing the designated table format specifying Agency/Admin margin and other operational fees.
