ZOA from relief to recovery is an international NGO registered with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Charities and Societies Agency as Foreign Charity under registration certificate number 0739 to work in the fields of emergency relief and recovery operations to support the lives of refugees, returnees, internally displaced and victims of conflicts and natural disasters.

ZOA is seeking a competent and reliable consultancy firm to provide Documentary Video Production, Photobook Development, and Human-Interest Storytelling Services for the project "Integrated Basic Services and Livelihoods for Refugees and Host Communities in Gambella Regional State, Ethiopia."

The assignment will be carried out in Gog, Itang Special, and Gambella, including the refugee camps of Jewi Refugee Camp, Nguenyyiel Refugee Camp, Pignudo 1 Refugee Camp, and Pignudo 2 Refugee Camp.

• Bid will be floated from June 3, 2026, to June 17, 2026, up to 2:00 P.M. (afternoon).
• Late submission will be rejected.
• ZOA Ethiopia office reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process partially or all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
