Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium (MSF-B) invites eligible and qualified vehicle rental service providers to submit sealed bids for the provision of rental vehicles to support humanitarian operations in Ethiopia.

Scope of Service:

Provision of rental vehicles with drivers and associated services for MSF projects and emergency interventions in:

• Afar Region
• Amhara Region
• Oromia Region
• Tigray Region
• Southwest Ethiopia Region
• Other emergency intervention locations as required

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Valid business license for vehicle rental and transport services.
• Relevant tax registration and compliance certificates.
• Proven experience in vehicle rental services for NGOs, UN agencies, government institutions, or private organizations.
• Ability to provide well-maintained and roadworthy 4x4 vehicles, pickups, station wagons, minibuses, and other vehicles as required.
• Capacity to operate in multiple regions of Ethiopia.
• Adequate insurance coverage and qualified drivers.
