REQUEST FOR QUOTATION Procurement of Basic Medical Diagnostic Tool Kits for Hybrid Designs PLC Implementation Tender Reference: EDGE/RFQ/HD/0005/2026

Hybrid Designs PLC invites eligible vendors to submit competitive quotations for the supply of quality, clinical-grade basic medical diagnostic tool kits to support the operational rollout of the FetroAder healthcare service ecosystem under the EDGE Program.

The primary objective of this procurement is to equip 1,500 economically disadvantaged medical graduate women with the essential clinical tools required to provide basic healthcare services as independent gig workers, facilitating the immediate launch and scaling of the FetroAder Healthcare Service Wing.

Summary of Requirements:

• Item: Basic Medical Diagnostic Tool Kits (Package containing Aneroid Sphygmomanometer, Clinical Stethoscope, Infrared/Digital Thermometer, Pulse Oximeter, LED Penlight, Reflex Hammer, Carrying Case, and a branded Doctor's White Coat).
• Quantity: 1,500 Packages (Hybrid Designs PLC reserves the right to procure quantities in phases).
• Delivery Location: Hybrid Designs EDGE Program Office, Century Executive Tower, Atlas Bole, 2nd Floor, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Key Submission Deadlines & Timeline:

• Deadline for Clarification Requests: No later than 5 working days before closing.
• Quotation Submission Deadline: June 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM (EAT).
• Bid Validity Period: Minimum of 90 calendar days or more from the submission deadline.

Bidders must submit a comprehensive quotation package adhering strictly to the following formats:

1. Hard Copy: One physical original, sealed envelope labeled with:
   • Tender Reference: EDGE/RFQ/HD/0005/2026 - Medical Diagnostic Tool Kits - DO NOT OPEN BEFORE BID OPENING DATE.
   • Deliver to: Hybrid Designs EDGE Program Office, Century Executive Tower, Atlas Bole, 2nd Floor, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Attn: Hybrid Designs PLC Procurement Committee Chairperson.

Note: Late submissions received after the stated deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances, and will be rejected and returned unopened. Prices must be quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).
