Hybrid Designs PLC, acting as the lead consortium partner for the EDGE Program, hereby invites eligible vendors to submit competitive quotations for the supply of high-performance smartphones. These devices are intended to support the operational rollout of the FetroAder digital ecosystem by equipping 960 field sales agents and platform workers across Ethiopia.

Scope of Supply

Bidders are required to supply the following items meeting the mandatory minimum technical specifications:

Eligibility & Submission Requirements

To be considered for evaluation, participating vendors must fulfill mandatory criteria, including:

• A valid and current Trade/Business License registered in Ethiopia.
• Valid TIN and VAT Registration Certificates.
• Verification center or affiliated authorized service/repair center physically located in Addis Ababa.
• Provision of a minimum 12-month manufacturer-backed warranty.

Important Dates & Deadlines

• Quotation Submission Deadline: June 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM (EAT)
• Bid Validity Period: Minimum of 90 calendar days from the deadline
• Clarification Requests: Must be submitted in writing no later than 5 working days before the closing date.
