1. Bidders must submit a valid business license, tax identification number, vat registration certificate, business certificate and other legal documents.

2. Bidders must purchase the document prepared for this purpose by paying a non refundable fee of ETB 300.00 (three hundred birr) at our office number 101, Bole road, next to Total Gas Station, within 15 (fifteen) consecutive days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

3. Bidders must deposit birr 40,000.00 (forty thousand) for bid security in the form of COP or Bank Guarantee.

4. Bidders shall submit their technical and financial documents in separate envelopes within 15 consecutive days from the date of publication of the bid in the news paper to the bid box located in the procurement department. During working days from Monday to Friday.

5. The bid box shall be sealed at 9:00 AM on the 15th day from the date of publication of the bid in the news paper and shall be opened at 9:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the company's meeting hall/purchasing department. If the 15th day falls on a closed day, it shall by opened at the same time on the next working day.

6. The organization reserves the right to reject the bid in whole or in part if it finds another better alternative.
