Terms and Conditions

1.ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ የጨረታዉን ሙሉ ለሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፣ 2.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲያሰሩ በቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅርንጫፍ ጽህፈት ቤት ስም በማሰራት ማቅረብ ይኖረባቸዋል፡፡ በጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ስም ተዘጋጅቶ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የሌለዉ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡ 3.አቅራቢዎች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ስም ካዘጋጁ ቡሃላ ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት በሲስተም አታች(ማያያዝ) እንዲሁም በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡ 4.ፍሳሽ ቆሻሻ የማስወገድ /ሽንት ቤት የማስመጠጥ አገልግሎቱ የሚከናወንበት ቦታ አቦ ቀለበት አካባቢ በሚገኘው ቅ/ጽ/ቤት / ናይል ኢንሹራንስ ሕንፃ እንዲሁም አቃቂ ቃሊቲ ኬላ እና ቱሉ ዲምቱ መቆጣጠሪያ ጣቢያ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡ 5. የቦቴ ውሃ አቅርቦትን በተመለከተ ዓመታዊ ውል ተገብቶ ዉሃ በሚጠፋበት ጊዜ የስራ ትእዛዝ እየተሰጠ የሚቀርብ መሆኑ ይታወቅ ፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ;- የሽንት ቤት ማስመጠጥ አገልግሎትም ሆነ ለቦቴ ዉሃ አቅርቦት የሚወዳደሩ የአገልግሎት አቅራቢዎች ዋጋ የምትሰጡት የአንድ ሊትርን ዋጋ መሆኑን አዉቃችሁ እንድትወዳደሩ እናሳዉቃለን፡፡
