As a proof of the bidder's financial standing Independent audit report need to be furnished: Audited Financial statement by independent Auditor for the last 02 (two) years (2024 and 2026).
Valid business license , VAT & etc. of Auditors legal document

Legal Auditor document such as Business license, VAT registration & etc.
Bidder Certification of Compliance

Bidder must provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the current and 2 previous years in order to proof its professional capacity.
Average annual turnover

The average annual turnover for the last business Two years of the Bidder at least equal to the amount of the financial proposal of the Bid.

Joint venture agreement if any

Joint venture agreement must be authenticated and approved by legal authority
Nationality

Nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2.
Conflict of Interest

No conflict of interest as described in ITB Clause 4.3
Debarred by decision of the FPPA

The bidder must not be debarred by decision of the Public Procurement Agency from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts in accordance with ITB Clause 4.4.

Manufacturer Authorization Letter

The bidder has to submit a Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6
