AND IMPLEMENTATION

1. Background

CCRDA invites qualified and experienced ERP system development companies to submit technical and financial proposals for the supply, customization, implementation, training, and support of an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

The objective of this procurement is to automate and integrate the organization's core operational and administrative functions through a centralized and secure ERP platform.

2. Scope of the ERP System

The proposed ERP system shall include the following modules:

3. General System Requirements

The proposed ERP system should:

  • Provide audit trail and activity logs
  • Provide secure authentication and access control
  • Support backup and recovery mechanisms
  • Allow integration between all modules
  • Support report generation and data export
  • Being scalable and customizable
  • Include training and technical support
