INVITATION FOR OPEN BID

1. Lucy Insurance S.C. invites interested and eligible bidders to participate in an open competitive bid for delivery of Brand Manual Service

2. Detailed specifications are provided in the bid document.

3. Bid Document Purchase

The bid document can be obtained from the Company's Finance and Investment Department, located at Lucy Insurance S.C. Head Office, 5th Floor upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr).

4. Bid Submission and Opening

The bid remains floating from June 7, 2026 to June 21, 2026 and will be closed on June 22, 2026 at 04:00 PM, and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 04:30 PM at the Company's Head Office Board Room, located on 6th floor of the Company's Head Office.

5. Bid Security

The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 5,000.00 (Five Thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O).

6. Submission Requirements

• All bidders must submit their bid documents in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Lucy Insurance S.C. Head Office, 3rd Floor, HR and Logistics Department, during office hours on or before June 16, 2026, 10:00 PM HR and Logistics Department office, at 3rd floor
• Bidders must submit separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial Proposals, and should clearly state "Technical Document" and "Financial Document"
• Bidders must submit separate Technical Proposals and Financial proposal (Original & Copy for each) including VAT.
• All envelopes must be enclosed in a single outer envelope clearly indicating the bidder's name and address

7. Eligibility Requirements

• Bidders should present copy of renewed trade license, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate.

8. Compliance

• Failure to comply with any of the above requirements shall result in automatic rejection

10. Rights of the Company

• Lucy Insurance S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
