1. Pharo School Assosa invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the execution of landscaping and sports field preparation works at its school compound located in Assosa, Benishangul-Gumuz Regional State, Ethiopia (near Ahmed Nasser Stadium).
2. The scope of procurement covers clearing and leveling of designated areas, supply and placement of fertile loam soil, grass planting, tree planting, flower planting, and post-planting maintenance in accordance with the requirements set out in this IFB and the Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
3. Bidding will be conducted through a competitive bidding process. To be considered responsive, bidders must demonstrate that they are legally established and submit documentary evidence including a valid business registration/trade license, TIN, valid tax clearance certificate, technical and financial proposals, and a bid security.
4. A mandatory site visit and pre-bid meeting will be conducted to familiarize bidders with the site conditions. Bidders must attend according to the following schedule:
   • Date: June 09 to June 19, 2026 (on working days)
   • Time: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
   • Meeting Point: Pharo School Assosa, near Ahmed Nasser Stadium
5. Any requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to the Employer before the clarification deadline (3 days prior to the bid submission date).
6. Bids must be prepared in English and submitted using a two-envelope system (Envelope 1: Technical Bid; Envelope 2: Financial Bid) enclosed in one outer envelope. The outer envelope must be clearly marked:“BID FOR LANDSCAPING AND SPORTS FIELD PREPARATION WORKS FOR PHARO SCHOOL ASSOSA – DO NOT OPEN BEFORE THE OFFICIAL BID OPENING TIME.”
7. Submission and Opening Information:
   • Bid Submission Deadline: June 22, 2026, at 02:00 PM
   • Submission Address: Pharo Foundation, Addis Ababa Country Office (around Flamingo Restaurant, Minaye Bldg. 12th floor) or Assosa Programme Office (First floor).
   • Bid Opening: June 22, 2026, at 02:30 PM at the submission address, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
8. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the total bid price. The successful bidder will also be required to provide a Performance Security.
9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award.
