GIZ International Services (GIZ InS) Regional Office is conducting a competitive bidding process for the sale of used vehicles on an 'As-is-where-is' basis.

Bid for Sale of Used Vehicle   GIZ International Services (GIZ InS) Regional Office would like to sale the following used vehicles on ‘As-is- where is’ bases through competitive bidding. Interested bidders are therefore invited to submit their bids as per the following instructions:   I. Pre-Bid submission   1. Prospective Bidders can inspect the vehicle from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at GIZ InS office building compound Gabon Street, Meskel Flower, Aster Plaza Building; only on, June 12 and 15, 2026.   2. Prospective Bidders who want to inspect the vehicles should send their:

Prospective bidders must come with valid ID/passport card to GIZ InS office building compound on the inspection date and time.   II. Bid Submission (Mandatory and reason for Disqualification)   Document preparation and submission:   1. Submit financial offers as PDF attachments to the e-mail to the following address: InS_ET_Quotation@giz.de  , latest by June 19, 2026, by 5:00 PM. Please indicate bidder’s full name and address. If more than one offer is received from a bidder, only the most recently submitted offer will be considered. The offer shall be submitted in the language of the tender document.   2. The default size of e-mails is limited to 30 MB. Above that, GIZ's email servers refuse the message and its attachments. If necessary, send more than one e-mail.   3. GIZ InS is not responsible for the failure of electronic delivery of e-mail messages to the address provided, either for technological problems on the part of GIZ or the candidate.   a. BID OPENING   1. GIZ InS shall perform the bid opening thorough an internal bid opening committee and There is NO public bid opening.   2. GIZ InS shall inform the bid process through the email address that will be indicated on the bidder’s submission email. No telephone communication is allowed.   b. AWARD AND WINNING   1. The awarded Bidder shall be informed through e mail and an official call through the Tel no indicated on the bid document.   2. Bid winners are required to deposit the full amount within 7 working days of the notification of the winning price to the following account.   GIZ INS OFFICE 1000085347512 COMMERCIAL BANK OF ETHIOPIA 3. If the winner does not submit their payment within the indicated time interval, GIZ InS will pass the winning to the next higher winning bidder, and the first winner will be considered as forfeited by the bidder.   4. Bidders that paid the winning bid amount must collect the vehicle from the compound after plate return process and estimated time of one month.   5. Bid winners are responsible to settle any government duties/ taxes as may be applicable before receipt of the vehicle.   6. GIZ InS reserves the right to call off the bid at any time of the bidding process or reject any or all bids.   7. Please see below details of the vehicles.
