Kegna Beverages SC, is a beverage manufacturing company officially established by its shareholders on April 1, 2017. The company's greenfield production facility is located in the West Shewa Zone of the Oromia Regional State, near Ginchi Town, while its head office is situated on the 10th and 13th floors of the new Elly International Hotel Building in Kazanchis. Addis Ababa. Ethiopia.

In its first phase of operation, the company focuses on producing high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer. As part of its second- phase expansion plan, the company also intends to produce carbonated soft drinks, bottled water, juices, and other beverage products.

Kegna Beverages S.C, hereby invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process under Reference No. KBSC-PR-NCB-001-2026/2027 for the supply of the following materials:

Interested bidders are invited to apply considering the following points:

Qualified bidders can obtain a comprehensive term of reference from Kegna Beverages S.C. head office starting from the first day of this invitation in exchange for a non-refundable fee of 1000 Birr (One thousand birr) deposit to Awash Bank Account No. 01323116219900 & can collect SBD during office hours from Monday to Friday Note: The fee should be deposited under the name of the bidder company.

1. The bid shall be supported with bid security in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee in the name of Kegna Beverages S.C.

2. Bids shall be submitted in wax-sealed three envelopes (#1. Technical, #2. Bid Security and #3. Financial envelope), in 2 (two) copies each, ORIGINAL and COPY, separately for the Proposals and delivered by hand on or before the deadline of the bid submission date.

3. All bidders shall submit a valid Certificate of Registration, renewed business license, TIN certificate. VAT registration certificate/For Lot 3 optional/, tax clearance certificate/For Lot 3 optional/. and any other relevant documentary evidence demonstrating compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

4. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the specifications and criteria provided in the Standard Bidding Documents

5. Bidders shall submit their bid proposals during office hours from Monday to Friday to Kegna Beverage Share Company head office, Location, Guinea Conakry Street, Elilly International Hotel new building, 10th and 13th floors, Kazanchis, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, before June 28, 2026 at 2:00 pm in the Afternoon. The bid will be closed at 2:00 pm. and opened at 2:30 pm (in the Afternoon) on June 28, 2026 to Kegna Beverages S.C' head office, 13th floor, Elilly International Hotel, Kazanchis, Addis Ababa.

6. Kegna Beverages S.C. reserves the right to cancel, to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid at any stage.
