Dashen Breweries S.C. invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of various Point of Sale (POS) materials and branding items required for marketing and promotional activities.

Interested bidders must fulfill the following requirements:

• Valid Business/Trade License
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Proven experience in the production of POS materials, branding, printing, promotional, and advertising materials
• Adequate production and delivery capability to meet the required timeline

Bid documents can be obtained from Dashen Breweries S.C. upon submission of a written request.

Bid Security: Bidders shall furnish a Bid Security of ETB 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of a Certified Payment Order (CPO) or an unconditional Bank Guarantee issued by a reputable bank.

Bid Submission Deadline: 24 June 2026 at 4:00 PM (Local Time)

Bid Opening: 24 June 2026 at 4:30 PM (Local Time) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

The bidding period shall remain open for ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this invitation.

Dashen Breweries S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof.
