  • One Practicing Professional Sanitary Engineer (PPSNE) (Bsc./Msc) with 6/4 years of General experience out of which 2/1 years of specific experience

• (b). The consultant has successfully completed (100%) construction supervision and contract administration service for at least two building construction projects each with total project cost of ETB 1,000,000,000.00 (One Billion ETB) and above in the past five years.
• Historical Financial PerformanceSubmission of audited balance sheets and other financial statements as required in the BDS Clause 17, for the last FIVE years (2013-2017 E.C) to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder's financial position and its prospective long-term profitability The audit report must be Original or authenticated copy. Bidders must submit attach legal documents of the Chartered certified auditor. The financial report of the bidder shall be verified by Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority.A verification letter for the past five years turn over from the Ethiopian revenue and customs authority should be attached. The University will check the correctness of the attached annual turnover information from the authority and if there are any discrepancies or false information or evidence on the annual turnover from the authority, the bidder will be canceled automatically. Failure to attach one or all of the above documents will lead to rejection of the bidders from the bidReference: -
• Annual turnoverThe peak annual turnover calculated as total payments received and Audited by Chartered Certified Accountant (External) for consultancy service contracts in progress or completed within the last 5 years(2013-2017 EC) must be at least ETB 40,000,000 (Forty Million ETB) ;A verification letter from the Ethiopian revenue and customs authority regarding annual turnover amount for the past five years should be attached. The University will check the correctness of the attached annual turnover information from the authority and if there are any discrepancies or false information or evidence on the annual turnover from the authority, the bidder will be rejected automaticallyReference: -

Business Organization Registration Certificate

Interested party  has to submit business organization registration certificate issued by the country of establishment in accordance with ITIP Clause 4.5(c);

JV Agreement or Letter of Intent

 In the case of a Expression of interest  submitted by a joint venture (JV), the Interested party  has to submit the Form Data on Joint Ventures, the Agreement governing the formation of joint venture, or letter of intent to form JV, including a draft agreement, in accordance with ITIP Clause 4.1.

Domestic Interested party  has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITIP Clause 4.5(b)(iii).
